Orders, Deposits & Lead Times
Typical lead times depend on materials and complexity. Standard production windows range from 6 to 14 weeks from final approval. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee where capacity allows.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50% of the order value) secures production placement. Final payment is required prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property & Design Rights
All design drawings, photos, specifications and ideas supplied by Bonusdistrict remain the property of Bonusdistrict and are protected by copyright unless otherwise agreed. Purchasers may not reproduce or resell design files without written permission.
If you provide designs or reference materials, you confirm you have the authority to license them for use.
Liability, Governing Law & Consumer Rights (Canada)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonusdistrict's liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. For consumers in Canada, statutory consumer protections apply and this page does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in Quebec or another province with specific cooling-off rights, those statutory rules supersede provisions here where applicable.
